Returns & Exchanges

At Plus Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in original packaging with tags attached, and skateboard decks must not have been gripped or assembled.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand-new, sellable condition and within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our shop staff inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
